Senate transportation debate
The Senate debated several transportation measures in a lengthy floor session this afternoon. In the video below, Sen. Edd Houck speaks against the a substitute from the Transportation committee, which would divert $250 million from the general fund (the measure later failed on a 17-23 vote).
